My name is Mrs. Federico. I live in Brooklyn with my husband, Joseph, and two children, Erica and Alyssa. After I graduated Bishop Kearney High School, I attended Saint John’s University, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. As I finished up my last year in college, I worked as a paraprofessional in Saint Joachim Anne in Queens Village. There, I eventually became the founder and head of their first Pre-K program. After 2001 I began teaching Pre-K at Our Lady Help of Christians for 3 years. Then I began teaching second grade at Good Shepherd Catholic Academy and today I have been teaching for twenty- two years within the Catholic Diocese.
